Comments: Crew that originally installed door and opener cheeseballed the install. Spring rod was braced with a NAIL? Over four and a half years of up and down, nail worked a groove in the rod. Rod broke, cable came undone like a ball of spaghetti, door wouldn`t go down.would definitely reccommend Oscar`s service. Thanks so much for prompt reply and excellent service.

Comments: Marcus is the perfect repairman. He shows up on time, quickly assesses the situation, and is able to detrermine very quickly what all your options are. He walked into my garage, took one look at the broken spring, and asked if my house was build in the 50's. Told me he could replace the spings with the exact parts (commercial grade) but it would take a day to get them, and would be a bit more expensive. He suggested that he could replace them with residentail parts that would function just as well, would be cheaper and he could do it on the spot. I opted for the cheaper alternative, and two hours later I was able to open and close my garage door better than before. At the end of it all, he was more concerned about cleaning up my garage and oiling the moving parts then he was about getting paid. Not only would I give Marcus my highest recommendation, I'd have him over for dinner with my family any night of the week. He's got a customer for life here.
