Work Description: Replaced plastic gear shaft in opener unit. Lubed all moving parts of the unit rails and chains. Lubed garage door rollers and pins. Made proper adjustment for clearance of the door's mobility from closed to opened position. Advised me of any potential of future breakdowns and to contact the company anytime for future help.
