Work Description: Installed operator bracket and attached garage door opener. Also took time to explain details and included/installed a locking mechanism, should the garage door ever be disfunctional again.

Work Description: removal of old garage door; installation of new garage door and opener

Comments: The serviceman was friendly, skillful and very efficient. The garage door operates perfectly. The serviceman explained what he was did and offered education on using the new opener He noticed details (like the need to angle the track up about 2" to accommodate the opening of a service door into the garage. His clean up exceeded expectations and the final cost was $200 less than the estimate from another provider. 5 stars easy.
