Work Description: Had a spring cable come off the roller and the door jammed and came off the track. Not a big deal but for me it was way beyond my skill set.

Comments: Jeff at T&C arranged to have a tech., out at my house at my convienence, and Brian showed up right on time, was professional and made the repair and tuned up the door in about a half hour. Door now works better than ever and thanks to Brian and Jeff I have recommended them to a buddy of mine. Great work.

Work Description: My garage door threw a spring cable and was way out of wack, would not operate correctly and could have completely fallen off the tracks. I am a pretty handy guy and take on most project around the house, but knew right away this was out of my league.

Comments: Both Jeff (the inside guy) and Brian the young man sent to fix my problem were first rate. Jeff scheduled an appointment at my convience and Brian showed up right on time and took care of the problem. Town & Country Door illustrates what customer service is all about. I would recommend them to any and all who need great service at a great price. In my book Brian was above and beyond my expectations. A job well done.
