Work Description: Install new garage opener to replace a failed one. Changed the way the garage opener was mounted to the correct and better way. Added aditional accessories and tuned up both garage door and openers to best performance level. Frankly, I have an unusual situation in that my door was formerly a "side mount" install and in my opinion, was never installed correctly when the home was built almost 10 years ago. Rick at "RT" was great and helped me figure out the best way to mount the new opener and then actually do it. It was a tough install but, Rick did a superior job.
Comments: I was so happy with Rick, his product knowledge and the overall quality of his work that I asked him for a stack of business cards to hand out to other neighbors that may need similiar work done in the future. I plan to recommend him to everyone I find needing such work. Thank you for recommending him as one of the three. Clearly, he was the smallest contractor of the three you recommended but, I do not regret usuing him. When we first met (he was at my home the evening of the day I called), I had a good feeling about him. Even thopught I had pretty much decided to use the first contractor that called me after my inquiry, I changed my mind after meeting Rick. I like supporting the smaller business if possible and will do whatever I can to help find more work for "RT". Very please with the work done, price and the results since that time.
