Work Description: Garage Door Repair

Comments: I contacted this network of companies last week. I was called first by this company. The guy sent out a technician very quick. It was suggested that new rollers might help since the old ones were wearing out. I was charged $125 which included the service call of $50. My daughter paid 1/2 on Friday and I paid the balance, the following Thursday. Long story short, I still had problems with the door. I called the company back and was originally told I might need a new unit if the the old one was not working. I was "originally" quoted a price of $295 and told the company, no thanks. I was mad then that I was still having problems with the garage door opening properly. So when I received a survey regarding the service, I gave bad ratings because the problem was still not fixed. I received two calls from the owner wanting to know how he could make me a satisfied customer. He then told me he would do whatever he needed to do to work with me and send out another technician, which he did. I can appreciate this and now the garage door appears to be working. I will recommend this company to friends and will use them again should I have any unforeseen problems. Thanks Mark!
