They scheduled a service visit immediately and the door was replaced the next day. Fantastic! And pricing was fair and competitive.

Comments: My wife input our info into the Networx system, and with in 10 minutes I had a call from a gentleman at Pinnacle, mind you this was around 8pm on a Thursday evening. An appointment was set, and the installer was out at my house the next morning at 830. The door was installed professionally, and quickly. The price was surprisingly reasonable. It should be noted that a call was also placed directly to one of their competitors, and taken by an answering service. The installer was at my home and working before I even got a call from the other company. Great service. I would highly recommend them.
