Work Description: I won't use your company again for garage repairs. The first day the technician came he diagnosed the problem within 30 seconds. This diagnosis cost in excess of $300 and he said this would fix the door. The next day my garage door failed to open. This was on Sunday. Monday, the company was called and said they would fit me in sometine in the day, Monday. Tuesday the company had to be called so I could find out what time the service call would be. The technician came out and determined the switch and wiring to the opener was bad. I didn't need the materials he sold me three days prior. To top it off he asked my son to run the wire in the attic. I will not use your company again, nor will I recommend you to anyone.

Comments: The installers, John and Art, were very professional and informative. The door runs smootly and very quiet. They adjusted my door opener and explained care and lubrication. Both the installers and foreperson contacted me and arrived when I was expecting them. I enjoyed a very positive experience and would highly recommend Overhead Doors of America / Doormaster.
