Work Description: I described the issue with the doors and the contractor had it. When I attempted to install an outside attached keypad I caused the problem because when I first attempted to do so I caused the doors to go up and down too frequently causing the chain to twist.
Comments: I contacted a very reliable local contractor and he squared the problem away at minimum cost, while at the same time tuning both doors. Also because the doors were going up & down & up & down he needed to replace the capacitor, it overheated. Thank you for your assisatnce.
