Work Description: Jeff Stewart the sole proprietor showed up about ten minutes early. Got to the crux of problem and quickly replaced gear assembly on GDO. He was finished in a about ten minutes. However, he took additional time to reset chain tension and GD closing range to avoid pressure on gears when opening and closing. He used up another hour of time doing this. GDO is now quieter. After the fact he worked me through some reprogramming issues on the phone regarding my GDO. Jeff made a otherwise testy GDO repair, enjoyable for me the customer.

Comments: was a little late but that was okay and understandable...needs to carry change with him for customers who pay in cash.. i know theres not many of us out there..at least 10.00 in cash at all times.. very friendly.and social..i am very pleased with his work.. thank you jeff!!!
