Comments: Nathan was punctual in arriving for his appointment with us; gave us a thorough explanation of the services to be provided, gave us literature on the product and the price was competitive. He did not have samples of the doors to show us to visually compare the difference in products represented. We chose a different contractor due to closer location of our house and competitive price. However, Innovative was our 2nd choice and we would have selected them if the other contractor had not been equally competitive.

Told me tech would arrive between 930am & 10am. Service tech showed up @ 9am sharp. Told me my problem was willing to use my parts - the estimate they gave me on the phone was 105.00 - since he used my parts he only charged me 85 bucks - helped me program the remotes in my truck and was all done in 45 minutes -

Comments: Great service and price – highly recommended. The job was to replace 10 year old 16’ x 7’ garage. Susan arranged estimate appointment within hours from initial call. Nathan called 45 min before arrival to make sure I’ll be available and gave me professional estimate with listed items to be completed on the proposal. Price given was lowest of the 3 companies I contacted and the quote was what you actually pay, including taxes. Called 3 days before specific day I wanted the work done - Susan called back same night with confirmation for the time & date requested. I was impressed she was able to find my estimate while on the phone and discuss Nathan's comments including additional items like repositioning of opener. Contractor, “Reliable Overhead Doors” had the list – no need to explain the job again. Appointment was 9-10, he called at 10:30 asking for directions, arrived at 11:15 am. Little late for scheduled 10 am, but made it up doing the job quicker than expected. Nathan’s estimate was 3-4 hours. The contractor said it will take them 2-3. They were done replacing doors in 2 hours flat. To my semi trained eye job was done very professionally, area was reasonably cleaned after work (they did not sweep the floor and pick up few nuts and bolts cut form old doors). Overall I was very satisfied with the work done, impressed with good follow up from the main office and loved the price.

Innovative Door was one of the top prices and their quick customer service was outstanding. Comments: After one of my springs broke, I investigated doing the repair myself along with my handyman. However, after reading on-line the dangers that are involved, it was not worth me trying to save a dime and getting my handyman or myself hurt, so I called an expert. I am so thankful I chose this company. From beginning with Suzanne on the phone Nathan coming to my house, everything was perfect. Nathan was excellent replacing both springs. He also replaced my rollers because of the noise my door would make every time I opened and closed it (this was something I requested and not something he tried to sell me on) Wow...what a difference the rollers made. He also reset my outside keyless entry pad which I had not used in over three years! This was a very pleasant experience at a well economical price. I truly appreciate this company and I am sure you will too after they come out! Rain or shine, it didn't stop this company from doing a professional job!!!
