Work Description: Gary put in a new pair of a garage door receiver and transmitter remote very punctually last Sat. morning. Before leaving he told me he noticed the g. door he was working had no rubber weather stripping at the bottom so I hired him to put it in next Sat. Just after he left went out put my car back into the garage. But when I tried to close the door using the botton besides the house door in did not work. The remote worked very well however. So I called his main number and he said he would fix it next Sat. when he puts in the strip next Sat. Ron Vallon
Comments: Probably just a plain mistake that he just forgot to test the button to open the door. He said something about the button being disconnected and had to reconnect it. Well I disconnected when I took off the old receiver to get a good look at the model and serial on it thinking that it would have to be reconnected during the repair?. I noticed he was talking on his cell phone about his next job in Braintree while he was working on my repair. So a busy man that just missed a step during his current repair. No problem since it will be repaired and if he's been thorough in the past and its not habitual. Ron Vallon
