Work Description: Replace cables and pulleys on my garage door. The cable broke on one side and was frayed on the other. He also replaced the 4 pulleys as they were worn. The door now operates smoothly and quietly. I did not realize how much the worn pulleys contributed to the noise and vibration.

Comments: My call was returned within a few minutes of leaving a voice message. Roger was on a call and came by my house as soon as he finished. THIS WAS ON A SATURDAY! I expected I would be contacted some time the next week and would be lifting the door manually for a few days. Instead I was back on my electronic opener in a few hours. Roger had all the neccessary parts and tools in his truck and was done in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Comments: Have nothing but good things to say about this company. Called for an estimate and was quoted a price that was 10% less than other competitors. When I originally called it was later in the evening (around 7), and the call was returned within minutes. When the day arrived for installation, the work was completed quickly and professionally. My garage has some areas that are tight against the door and this proved to be no problem for this outfit. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a new garage door or service.
