Work Description: Performed tune-up & inspection of single (tall) roll-up door and double wide "RV" 15ft roll-up door. lubed tracks and rollers, tightened coil springs, he found top panel damaged from original installation which if not found would have caused major damage to top of door panel. He also set-up 2 extra remote openers .
Comments: He responded within 15 minutes from the time i submited my request for service, and was punctual on his arrival to perform services.( I was very happy with all work performed, and would recomend him to family &friends.

Work Description: I had one of two damaged garage doors as it had been bumped by a vehicle in the wrong gear. Several of the rivets were damaged. Baldwin reared the door as well as doing preventive maintenance.
Comments: I thought I was going to have to buy two new garage doors at great expense and ended up with a garage door that works better than ever at much less cost. He is also the only one who called me back when I posted the request on the web site and called within the hour. I would definitely hire him again.

Comments: It was a terrific experience, Everything went well Jacob is a professional in every way. He responded quickly---came promptly--needed different material than he usually needs--went to the manufacturer and came right back and installed it and did not charge extra for doing that. I am not used to such efficient and pleasant service!

Comments: Great work at a great price. I'd strongly recommend Jacob to anyone needing repair or service. If he hadn't replaced my old hinges my door would have torn itself apart by now.
