Comments: contractor failed to hold true to his written estimate. He stated he already had a steel door in stockbecause a customer ordered and then mind and did not take the door. He stated if we took that door he would give us a good price. after he got to our home the price changed.He stated he had to buy a door which cost him more money. My husband paid him because I was not, t home. I called him immediately to discuss this transaction, I left a message 8/11/11, he has not returned my call to date. I want him to honor the price he quoted us.

They came out the next morning (appt. was for 8a - 12n) and arrived at 8:00 am. Ed, the technician, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Answered all my questions and fixed my door (replaced a broken srping) in about 30 mins. Price was very fair (less than a garage door spring I had replaced about 3 yrs. ago) and even gave me a quote on repair of an automatic door opener for a future repair date. The door works well and is so easy to raise and lower manually than before"
