Work Description: REPLACE 2 SPRINGS ON GARAGE DOOR.
Comments: I CALLED ACTSYS ON SATURDAY 1-8-11. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE AFTER 3 ON MONDAY AS I REQUESTED.ALSO THEY WOULD INSPECT THE DOOR AND MOTER TO SEE IF IT NEEDED ANY ATTN.THE SERVICE MAN DID NOT INSPECT THE MOTER OR THE DOOR.I KNOW THIS BECAUSE THERE ARE STILL SPIDER WEBS AND DUST ON THE MOTER AND THERE IS A BROKEN WHEEL ON THE DOOR.THE CHAIN IS NOT ADJUSTED RIGHT IT FLAPS UP AND DOWN WHEN THE DOOR IS OPERATED.ALL I GOT WAS ANSURING MACH WHEN I CALLED BACK

Work Description: center metal plate of the arm of garage door opener disengaged from the garage door. To reinforce door two pieces of metal plates were placed, one inside and one outside of door (outside metal plate is visible on the outside, but acceptable for its purpose). Thus the arm was screwed into place allowing the garage door opener to operate again.
Comments: I was impressed because owner called me first thing in the morning (8:15 a.m.) and when I explained that I had a medical situation, he rescheduled my time from 12-1 pm to an immediate status, thus sending a tech. (within 20-30 mins.) to fix my garage door. He also was very caring and understanding on the phone. Tks for his service.
